Diamond X Cowboy Ranch – Terms and conditions:

The entity, workers, owners, or any other contractor/party shall not be liable/responsible for any loss, plunder or damage to visitor or his/her property.
The 50% deposit is not refundable if the client cancel the event. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if the event is cancelled within10 days
before the event.

The quotation is valid for the quantity in the group tendered for and will only be adjusted to the sole discretion of Diamond X Ranch if lower
numbers in the group arrives.

Diamond X Cowboy Ranch reserve the right to publish photo’s/video material of the event on the web or use it as advertising material. Any person has the right
to ask for applicable material to be removed from the web without any liability to Diamond X Cowboy Ranch.

All visitors will be held liable for their conduct which creates any damage to the ranch or any individuals.
Diamond X Cowboy Ranch reserve the right to stop entry and or remove any individual from the premises for any misconduct, alcohol misuse, or similar action,
etc on the sole discretion of management or its workers.

Diamond X Cowboy Ranch is a horse ranch and no horse will be treated in any harmful way. No visiting horses will be allowed on the ranch without proof
of a health certificate.

Visitors to understand the causes and the risk of fire damage to the ranch as well as adjacent farms. No candle balloons, fire works, fires etc allowed.
No private entertainment, visitors, animals, food, cold drink or alcohol allowed .
No third party reservations permissible without prior approval of management.

Diamond X Cowboy Ranch can not be held liable for the loss of any personal items, such as cell phones, watches, sunglasses, wallets, cameras, etc.
Diamond X Cowboy Ranch reserve the right to cancel this booking (with repayment of the deposit) in the unlikely event of the ranch not being able to fulfil the
hosting of the event.

Diamond X Cowboy Ranch will provide all food according to planned menus. Any food remaining from a meal will stay the possession of Diamond X Ranch.
Keys to a room will only be issued after full payment to Diamond X Ranch (please remember to return your keys)
Right of admission reserved

All visitors will sign indemnity forms
Diamond X Cowboy Ranch reserve the right to manage the saloon hours according to the Ranch rules and sole discretion of management or its workers.
Payments:

1. All payments to be made by way of EFT and effected on agreed date before function
2. Any outstanding amount to be paid within 48 hours of receiving of an invoice

All visitors are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Proposal as well as the T&C’s when the deposit is paid.
The Ranch has the capacity to accommodate more than one function. The arena could be utilized for more than one group simultaneously.
